I'm Corinne Geiger — a 40-year Ocean County real estate veteran and the voice behind See Jersey Shore Homes. I got my New Jersey license in 1985, back when you learned a market by walking it and tracking MLS printouts by hand. That block-by-block groundwork is still how I work today.
Over four decades I've helped families buy and sell across Barnegat, Long Beach Island, Beach Haven, Manahawkin, Waretown, Tuckerton, Little Egg Harbor, Mystic Island, and West Creek. I know which blocks hold value, which flood zones to flag before an offer, and which listings are fairly priced the day they hit the market.
When the 2008 short-sale wave hit the shore, I earned my CDPE and SFR designations and guided dozens of families through distressed-property workouts — work that defined my reputation for straight talk under pressure. Today my practice is almost entirely referral-driven: nearly all of my business comes from people who already worked with me once.
My specialties are short sales, investment properties, relocations, and luxury shore homes — backed by credentials that matter when a transaction gets complicated. I tell it straight, I return calls, and every transaction is handled by me personally — not handed off to a junior agent or a call center.
